S-Pass is an online travel management system developed by the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) to manage travels of filipinos efficiently.  This is implemented according to the necessity of the Local government units.

Municipality of Panglao is one of the local government units implementing this S-PASS.

Here’s the guide for the creation of S Pass.

S PASS CREATION

Account Creation:

1. Visit the S-Pass.ph.
2. Tap on Create An Account
3. Type your mobile number without the “0”
4. Create an Easy to Remember password.
5. Fill in your personal Details
6. Click Submit.

You will be on the Welcome Page.

Process Flow for TCP application

1. Visit the S-Pass.ph.
2. Login your account
3. Tap on “ Are you Traveling” on the welcome page
4. Answer the TRAVEL PROTOCOL questions.
5. READ the description on the page.
6. Tap and apply for “Travel Coordination Permit (TCP)”.
7. Fill the information required.
   1. Make sure to select the right Clasification: (RR, APOR-GOV, APOR- NONGOV, OFW, NON OFW, TOURIST )
   2. Please be careful with the travel Type
8. Select your travel date.
9. Under :Destination LGU” (Make sure that you input your barangay destination also) Additional Travel Details put on the name of the airline or vessel as selected in Step 2 or “RT-PCR Submission Form”
10. Answer Captcha and Tap “PROCEED” (Your application will be saved as draft)
11.    Tap ‘PROCEED”
12. Upload your & RT-PCR RESULT (Upload “Others” if instructed by the Focal Person.)
13. Answer Captcha & Tap “SUBMIT”
14. Tap in “View Permit”
15. Status should be “PENDING”
