Lutaw Floating Cottages business office is located near the Barangay Hall of Malhiao, Badian, Cebu.
In their office you will see a lot of life vests hanging. This is worn by the guest after paying the entrance fee of 150 pesos for foreign tourist and adults. 100 pesos for senior citizen who can provide a valid I.D, hometown residents, and kids, 120 for government officials and free for toddlers up to 2 years old.
In terms of cottages and other charges, a table for 15pax will cost 400 pesos. If you make reservation early, they will charge you 200 pesos for the said reservation.
While doing extra fun activities such as kayaking, feeding the fish, and catching fishes will have different charges. Kayaking fee is P150, Fish feeding is P20 while fishing bangus cost P250per kilo.
Other than that, the remaining activities will be free for all, such as sliding, jumping, and swimming in their pool.
After paying the entrance fee, cottage, and other fees, the guest is expected to walk at least 15 minutes. Their agent will walk along and guide you in a long mangrove pathway. This mangrove pathway will lead the guest in a beach front station where a boat is waiting.
Upon arriving at the beach front station, guests will be fetched by a boat that will lead you towards your Lutaw Floating Cottages located in the middle of the sea.. The said boat ride would be 10–15 minutes. While traveling, you can enjoy the breeze, sea, and the scenic views of the mountains and different greens that surround the cottages.
After the boat ride, you finally arrive at your respective cottage. You can expect that your cottage will be a little bit wavy due to the sea, but everything is refreshing.
Finally, visitors can now enjoy their getaway by taking pictures, eating the food they bring, swimming under the sea, fishing, sliding, cooking, kayaking, snorkeling, and talking with their family and friends.
