Genesis Transport JoyCargo Services

Sending packages to your loved ones is now available in Genesis transport Service via JoyCargo always on the go program. Send whatever you want to your loved ones at your convenience time.

Steps in sending packages.

1. Go to any Genesis transport terminals near you.
2. Put all the things you want to send in a preferred carton with its declared values to the waybill clerk assign.
3. The waybill clerk will measures & weigh your packages. After measuring and weighing your packages, the price will be generated.
4. Pay the price generated by the system,  and then received the SMS confirmation with tracking.
5. Your receiver will be notified with SMS when the packages arrive and ready for pick up.

Steps in claiming a packages:

1. Go to Genesis transport terminal mention in the SMS received.
2. Go to the releasing section/ area and give your tracking information and your valid ID.
3. Received your packages and sign the releasing logbook

Items not accepted in the JoyCargo.

1. Firearms or explosives
2. Prohibited Drugs
3. Gasoline or any flammable liquids
4. Money, ATM cards and checks
5. Unsealed perishable goods
6. Animals
7. LPG or pressurized container

Lead time from the acceptance of the package to delivery is 2 days.
