The new bus route serves the public commuters of:
1. Cagayan de Oro City
2.Talakag in Bukidnon
3. Towns of Wao (Lanao de Sur)
4. Banisilan (Cotabato Province)
5. Alamada (Cotabato Province
6. Libungan, Pigcawayan (all in Cotabato Province
7. Sultan Kudarat in Maguindanao Province
8. Cotabato City
Estimated time travel is 10 hours depending on the road traffic.
For Cagayan de Oro passengers Rural Transit Mindanao Inc. bus terminal is located at Westbound Terminal, Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City.
For Cotabato City passengers, RTMI bus terminal is located at Mindanao Star Bus Terminal, Cotabato City.
