Panglao Municipality is implementing the S PASS travel management for the individual wishing to enter Panglao.

Here’s the needed documents for applying or creating an S PASS application.

FOR INCOMING INDIVIDUAL TO PANGLAO

Tourist :

• Negative RT-PCR Test result 72 hours prior to travel
• Hotel Booking
• Flight Details
• Valid ID

Returning Resident

• Negative RT-PCR Test result 72 hours prior to travel
• Valid ID with address in Panglao or Certificate of Residency from the barangay

APOR , NON APOR

• Negative RT-PCR Test result 72 hours prior to travel
• Travel Order or Work Order
• Government ID or Company ID

OFW / NON OFW

• Certificate of Quarantine issued by the Bureau of Quarantine
• Valid ID
• Flight Details
